Getting in
Four things happen at the door
- Eighteen and over only, photo ID checked every visit.
- This is a physical venue — no online play, no app, nothing to download.
- Full tables mean a short wait at the counter, not a booking system.
- Groups are welcome; ring ahead if a table needs to be kept together.
Why the rules stay fixed
One list, no exceptions
Every rule on this page exists for the same reason: to keep the room friendly, unhurried and exactly what it says it is.
None of them have changed since the chandlery days ended and the first table went down on the old counter.
At the table
Chips, stakes and the house dealer
- House chips count points only and carry no value outside the room.
- No wagering, no side bets, no cash prizes of any kind — every game is friendly.
- The house dealer runs each table and has the final call on a hand.
- Chips are handed back at the door on the way out, not carried home.
