This is a card room, not a booking platform — almost nothing is held about anyone who walks through the door.
What is collected
Four things, roughly
- A name and a headcount, if a table is booked by phone, kept only until the night is over.
- Nothing from a written enquiry beyond what is needed to answer it, then the message is removed.
- A single small technical cookie described in full on the cookie page — nothing is sold to advertisers.
- No membership scheme and no mailing list exist here at all, so neither is ever collected.

Four things to ask for
- Ask what, if anything, is held about you, in writing, to the address below.
- Ask for a booking note or an old enquiry to be corrected or deleted.
- Ask any question about this page and expect a direct answer, not a form letter.
- Expect an answer from the room itself, not a call centre or a third party.
